Voice Communications Manager is responsible for managing the policies and procedures of voice communications. Ensures uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication features including voicemail, ACD or PBX systems. Additionally, Voice Communications Manager reviews reports on system specifications in support of system upgrades and makes final decision regarding updates. Program Manager - Donor Engagement/Communications - Hybrid
This position is responsible for the execution of communications for Kadlec Foundation", the Tri Cities Cancer Foundation and Providence St. Mary Medical Center Foundation to ensure donor retention, promote increased giving and support long-term relationships with local foundations. The program manager creates donor-centered communications related to Providence philanthropic opportunities, donor impact, local initiatives and other key messages for both external and internal audiences. This position also supports comprehensive and long-term strategy for donor engagement including but not limited to individualized stewardship plans for high-level prospects and donors, stewardship reporting, and donor engagement materials that reflect the unique needs of various donor constituencies, online philanthropy presence, etc.
The program manager is a seasoned communicator and storyteller with exceptional writing skills and experience in the management of print media, electronic communication and social media, and creative multi-channel campaign development. This position collaborates with foundation leadership to execute communications strategies that inform and inspire the community 1) to financially support and advance foundation strategic initiatives through philanthropic support and 2) understand the impact that donor support has on the health and wellbeing of the community we serve. The program manager also helps in maintaining a consistent brand for foundations within the Providence family of organization while recognizing the need for local adjustments where appropriate. This position collaborates with several internal stakeholders in addition to foundation leadership, including philanthropy gift officers, hospital leaders, program clinicians and leaders, local public relations and communication colleagues, and others. This position will work both remotely and on site at Kadlec Medical Center and Providence St. Mary Medical Center.

Required qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
4 years Experience in a similar role in a comparable or larger institution.
5 years Experience in increasingly responsible, large, complex project management roles preferably within a healthcare setting.
5 years Experienced in all areas of project management including multiple project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, staffing, communications, risk, and procurement and have experience in managing multiple related projects to achieve identified project portfolio objectives.
5 years Experience in financial business management and strategic development.
5 years Demonstrated track record and successful ability to work with upper management and key stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
Preferred qualification:
Experience working in healthcare, medical, academia, or nonprofit setting
Experience writing for philanthropic projects, including cases for support, major gift proposals, impact stories," etc.
