Manages the scheduling of volunteer workers to ensure adequate assistance for projects or objectives. Additionally, Volunteer Services Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Volunteer Services Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Volunteer Services Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. DescriptionThe Waupun Area School District seeks a Director of Student Services to join the central office team. Candidate must be licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a school administrator, Director of Special Education and/or Pupil Services. Candidate must have five years of teaching experience in elementary or secondary education.

The Waupun Area School District is a 4K-12 school district serving a population of 1900 students in South Central Wisconsin. Located conveniently on Hwy 151, Waupun is only 45 minutes north of Madison and 20 minutes south of Fond du Lac. WASD is home to four schools, including a charter school in Fox Lake.
