    What You'll Do:

    🌟 As the Director of the Emergency Services Department, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch patient care in our bustling Emergency Department. Your responsibilities include problem-solving, active committee participation, enhancing the patient experience, coaching, and effective communication. You'll also enforce high standards of emergency department care, oversee performance improvement programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

    Qualifications:

    • ⭐ - Bachelor's degree in nursing required
    • ⭐ - Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
    • ⭐ - 3 years of experience in emergency services required
    • ⭐ - 3 years of leadership experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • ⭐ - Current RN license in the state of practice required
    • ⭐ - ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and BLS certifications required

    Additional Perks:

    • 💼 Ideal Candidate Experience: ED Director experience and BSN required
    • 🤝 Reports to Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
    • 👥 5 Managers as Direct Reports (2 Managers at Main ED, 1 Manager per FSED)
    • 🏥 Main ER with 44 Beds, Level 2 Trauma, 160-190K patients annually
    • 🚑 3 FSEDs with around 10 Beds each; smaller 2 FSEDs see 20-25 patients/day, busy FSED sees 60-90 patients/day
    • 🧠 New Behavioral Health facility at Trident - a significant volume of behavioral health cases through the ED
    • 🤗 Great team, high engagement, strong relationship with medical director and physicians
