Volunteer Services Director manages a volunteer program to attract, inspire, train, and deploy volunteers. Oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of volunteer workers. Position Summary: Behind the success of UKC, the organization is now expanding to Florida with Uncover Volusia County (UVC). For this new multi-site and multi-program affiliate, the Director of Volunteer Management will have an external facing role that oversees our volunteer management services and client relationships in the community. There is a heavy emphasis on people skills, community outreach and establishing standards of performance across all services provided.
