Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled Welder / Metal Fabricator to join the crew at All Pro Welding Service that would like to grow there skills. You'll be working on all sorts of projects—fabricating, welding, and repairing equipment and vehicle parts. You need to know how to follow work orders, read engineering drawings, and take verbal instructions to build, fix, and maintain different metal pieces and parts for our customers. Since we're a job shop, you might have to use your own judgment to get things done—there won't always be someone to guide you through every step. We expect you to keep a clean work environment.We are willing to mentor the right candidate that is lacking in some skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Weld daily using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
- Adjust welder settings and set up raw materials for the best results.
- Do basic cutting, turning, drilling, milling, and tapping.
- Make sure the parts you produce meet the right size, shape, and look.
- Troubleshoot issues with fixtures, materials, or equipment.
- Put together and weld various components.
- Keep the shop equipment in good condition and do workplace maintenance.
- Follow safety rules and attend safety meetings.
- Be ready to take on a variety of tasks.
- Show professionalism, work well with others, and keep a positive attitude.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes (can be taught if needed)
- Experience in metal fabrication and welding experience.
- Certified welder is desirable.
- Ability to read and understand engineering plans and CAD drawings.
- Strong knowledge of manual lathes and other manual equipment.
- CNC operations experience.
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanical systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime if needed.
- Commitment to safety and following company policies.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently position and/or move up to 60-75 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, squat, and twist.
- Comfortable with repetitive motion tasks.

- Good vision and hearing to ensure safety and precision.
