Additionally, Wafer Fabrication Operator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Wafer Fabrication Operator possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 4=2:30pm (overtime as needed) Ferguson is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join our team! Responsibilities Setup and maintain fusion equipment machines in the shop for pipe fabrication Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures Take CAD drawings and create PPR piping spools according to dimensions and orientation Be responsible for quality and ensure fabrication pieces are correct Willingness to be a team player and follow all safety procedures Supports fabrication and product assembly as determined by work order specifications. Retrieves correct materials and stores work supplies in an organized manner, moving loose or bundled piping or other materials between locations as required. Assists with data entry and the updating and storage of documentation and records. Maintains condition of work area ensuring satisfactory standards of cleanliness. Follows all established standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines for fabrication. Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. Regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned.
