As we continue to expand, we are seeking 2 motivated individuals to join our team in brand new roles as Production and Installation Assistants. We offer on the job training for a variety of machines and tools.
While no prior experience is required, the ideal candidate has worked with marble, granite, porcelain, and quartz, but we are happy to train! Those with automotive body repair, painting, polishing, or art/sculpting experience and/or those with manual labor/construction experience should be able to quickly adapt and excel in this trade.
The position requires standing for long periods of time in a wet environment while in the shop and heavy lifting at jobsites. Aprons and steel toed rubber boots are provided for polishing, and we reimburse up to $120 annually for steel toe boots for installing.
Position Overview:
As a Production and Installation Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our production and installation processes. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment and develop valuable skills in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
The average workday for this Day Shift position is Monday through Friday. Work weeks will vary from 40 to as many as 60-hour work weeks, depending on the tasks performed. Weekend work is available on occasion.
