DUTIES

• Programming, set up and operation of a CNC Cincinnati Press brake to form tight tolerance parts.
• Must have a thorough understanding of engineered drawings, GD&T, and inspection criteria as it pertains to sheet metal fabrication.
• Utilize 3D models to create flat patterns, and adjust them as necessary.
• Must be capable of inspecting your parts before they are sent to QA for a formal buy off. This includes, calipers, height gauge, protractor, pin gages, radius gauges...
• Ability to utilize other resources to design and build custom tooling is a huge plus.
• Must be willing and able to do other hand operations to sheet metal parts such as add countersinks prior to bending, deburr parts, and custom forming using other tools on occasion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
