Objectives:
This is a cross functional role to assist in growing a new department at San Juan del Rio facility. The job will report to the CNC engineer. As a department startup, duties will include developing processes, operating processes, and documenting processes to support the growth of the department from pre-production to mass production. The job will require working closely with the existing engineering and quality teams at the site, as well as the production team as the department grows. The successful candidate will need a hands-on learn by doing approach.
