• Lead development in continuous improvement concepts and methodologies.
• Facilitate strategic agreement of goals and projects within the leadership team.
• As a motivated agent, coaching and influencing at all organizational levels.
• Report on continuous improvement workshops and cost-saving programs.
• Develop ad-hoc teams for rapid problem-solving.
• Manage a small team of Lean/Six Sigma Engineers.
• Lead site cost/productivity improvement programs.
• Foster a culture of improvement and collaboration.
Must have
• 5-10 years in manufacturing operations management/process engineering management/quality management
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt (must be "certified", not "completed")
