My customer is seeking a new MBA graduate or someone 1-3 years out of MBA school to initially join the team in a consulting role for 30-45 days. Once the initial project is complete then there will be an opportunity to join the team as a strategic full-time team member. This company has been consistently growing YOY for the past five years and initially needs training and processes for the administrative side of operations to be put in place, and then evolve to plant operations. As an MBA Operations Process, you will play a crucial role in optimizing in creating operational efficiency and driving process improvement initiatives. Creating,executing/documenting, and initially managing all new training processes and rollouts. Growth has exceeded processes and this will need to be implemented as business continues and your role will be a benefit not a disrupter. With your expertise and strategic mindset, you will contribute towards streamlining operations and ensuring seamless workflow across various departments.
