Job DescriptionModule integration engineer (MI engineer) for FEOL, MOL, BEOL and 3DI/HI development activities for logic device and memory devices. MI engineer is a key position in TEL Technology Center, America, LLC (TTCA) to drive semiconductor technology development activities related to pitch scaling, new materials and new device architectures.
Module integration intern (MI intern) will work closely with MI engineers to support technology developments.

Salary Ranges$24.36 - $31.17Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training.
