Summary:
Designs and develops processes for customer products and manufacturing tooling. Performs medium to high complexity design assignments.
Develop, implement, and maintain processes, process controls, new materials evaluations, and automated equipment used in the packaging and assembly of Hi-Reliability hybrid electronics. Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve material or process related production issues and concerns. Support of Internal Design Reviews, Program Readiness Reviews, Design for Manufacturability, New Product Development. Ability to communicate complex technical issues both in writing and orally to multiple levels of management as well as to production operators.

* Available for travel up to 10-20% of the time, including day, overnight and international travel as required
* 4 year Engineering or Technical Degree (Manufacturing or Electrical Engineer) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by senior management
* 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience
* Expert in advanced technologies and applications; ASQ certified
* Demonstrate a superior understanding of Design for Excellence (DFX) philosophy and promote with customers
Education:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electro Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
