WL Molding is looking for a Third Shift Process Technician
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality and meet production targets
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Document process data, equipment performance, and any deviations from standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Train and mentor new technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a process technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Supervise production workers
