Able to identify and implement solutations for roort causes and corrective actions.
Document and update processes
Work with multiple departments to correct issues resulting in downtime or scrap
Set and ensure correct cycle times
Process development work for samples
Teach and assist other technicians in torubleshooting
Track, document, and correct quality defects
Work on stable ops program to identify and improve efficiency throughout the molding department
Work with QC on mold qualifications and quality rejects
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Skills
In depth understanding of the injection molding process
Understanding of Six Sigma Principles
Mast Molding 1 Certification Preferred
