    We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team to help us improve our production processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and have experience with Mills and Lathes, Hand Tools, and Process Improvement, and have strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

    What you will be doing:

    The Process Technician's primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our production processes. They will use their expertise to identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all changes are implemented properly. The position also requires the ability to troubleshoot process issues, use a variety of hand tools, and operate equipment like mills and lathes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement process improvement plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support.
    • Perform preventative maintenance on process equipment.
    • Maintain records of production processes and materials used.
    • Monitor and analyze production data to identify potential issues.
    • Liaise with other departments to ensure changes are implemented properly.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 3 years of experience in a related field.
    • Experience operating Mills, Lathes
    • Experience using a variety of Hand Tools
    • Experience with Process Improvement
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
