Wafer Process Technician jobs in Portland, OR

Actalent Services is hiring a long-term consultant for a company in the Tualatin area. This is a long-term job opportunity to work on a fantastic semiconductor team.

Job Description:

The Process Technician will:

• Assist engineers and technologists in developing advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Execute passdowns from engineers which includes following a set of instructions, preparing Foups, running experiments and submitting wafers for metrology
• Good communication skills and able to notify process engineers with issues with passdowns and execute revised passdowns once errors are recovered
• Basic troubleshooting of issues and clearing of errors to continue passdowns or submit service requests for equipment maintenance
• Housekeeping of the work areas being worked at (submitting new wafers for pre-metrology and used wafers for reclaim)
• Exporting data from equipment and metrology tools.
• Basic knowledge of windows operating system and Microsoft office tools
• Typically does not require a B.S. in Engineering. No specific experience required
