Responsibilities:
Remotely adding chemicals (acids, bases, surfactants)
Aligning metal products throughout the reel-to-reel processes onto spools
Entering process programs into PLC’s and adjusting process parameters as needed.
Periodically sampling and titrating process chemicals in a process lab.
Adjusting processes to maintain quality and reporting adjustments to engineering teams
Participating in quality teams to improve process parameters and control strategies.
Desired background:
Experience with titrations, clean room attire, and personal protection equipment.
Experience with process controls systems such as sensors, transmitters, monitors, and control panels are also a plus.
Recording and reporting process events is highly desired
Experience with work order entry and documentation
The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check.
