Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Warehouse Manager is directly responsible for the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of warehouse non-food inventory materials, supplies and products, furniture, and uniforms to meet Department needs. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for overseeing the daily receiving and storage of F&B deliveries. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring that all scheduled deliveries are received daily and related receiving paperwork and stock transfer paperwork is recorded in the Red Rock System by the end of day. The Warehouse Manager ensures general Warehouse Inventory par levels are maintained.
