Description

This is a full time role, and this position requires physically reporting to work in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Pay range: $22-$28/hr DOE

The Project Coordinator will manage projects and execute the day-to-day tasks associated with marketing initiatives for Tackle Warehouse. They will work closely with the marketing, buying, graphics and programming departments to help achieve Tackle Warehouse’s marketing goals.

Primary Duties: 

· Assist in the planning and development of strategies for increasing engagement and conversion

· Collaborate with other departments to manage calendar, identify key products and coordinate marketing efforts

· Maintain project progress by following up on the tasks that need to be completed and communicate with graphics and programming departments

· Format projects into project management software

· Maintain the consistency of brand messaging and voice across all marketing channels

· Collaborate on brand marketing initiatives

· Gather vendor assets and distribute to necessary departments

· Help facilitate marketing strategy across multiple platforms

· Must be able to work in a team, coordinating projects with various managers and departments. 

· Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information

· Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and meet deadlines.

· Ability to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, & patience

· Ability to direct creative

· Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload

· Detail and task-oriented

· Bass fishing knowledge is a plus 

· Marketing experience a plus

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers and telephones.
