Warehouse Supervisor supervises the overall warehouse operations and daily activities of staff. Oversees receiving and stowing, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation. Being a Warehouse Supervisor optimizes efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space. Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials. Additionally, Warehouse Supervisor utilizes a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other system to track and analyze processes and performance. Implements strong safety polices and procedures. Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Warehouse Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Warehouse Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE / BACK-UP CDL DRIVER
- Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing trucks via forklift and/or pallet jack.
- Rotating stock and inventory control in the warehouse.
- Picking and assembling orders for outbound trucks.
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds.
- Local deliveries to restaurants and grocery stores moved from truck to building by two-wheel cart.
- CDL is required for coverage of vacation/sick days of out-of-town drivers (all deliveries in either Montana or Wyoming). Coverage of vacation/sick days results in 1 - 2 nights out of town each week. Hotel and per-diem provided on those days. 30-40 hours per week, weekends off.
HEALTH INSURANCE COMPLETLY PAID BY COMPANY after 60 days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
