The Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse facility. This position involves overseeing inventory management, supervising warehouse staff, and aligning warehouse activities with company standards and objectives. The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Materials Manager and leads a team of material handlers and interns occasionally. Success in this role is measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse productivity. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the success and growth of Premier Truck Rental.

COMPENSATION

 This position has a competitive compensation package that is a combination of Base Salary Pay plus Profit Sharing Paid Quarterly after 1 year of employment.

• Supervise and train warehouse staff to optimize performance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping goods.
• Manage e-commerce order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Coordinate production parts kitting to fulfill manufacturing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline warehouse processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate warehouse activities and support business objectives.
• Track KPIs related to warehouse operations and generate reports for performance analysis.
• Identify challenges in warehouse operations and implement solutions for process optimization.
• Make informed decisions regarding inventory management and resource allocation.

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management, or 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Less than 10% travel may be required to PTR locations.
