Position Summary:
Reporting to the Asset Certification Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of his team to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe working environment.
Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervises employees to ensure they are working in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer deadlines.
- Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries and track KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Pick and stage to meet customer shipment schedules.
- Create bills of lading; check items to be shipped against work orders, making sure all data is correct.
- Track inventory levels and order needed supplies in a timely manner.
- Optimize employee workflow.
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers.
- Constantly work to improve processes.
- Unload incoming materials and compare information to packing slip with purchase order to verify shipment.
- Operate dolly and forklift for loading and unloading of supplies.
- Ship company product and record shipments in our ERP software, as well as freight company websites.
- Inspect shipments for damage or defects, make note of any damage/defects found and notify manager.
- Full-time/in-person attendance is an essential function of this job.

Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing facility
- 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Forklift driving experience.
- Shipping & Receiving experience.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
