Being a Warehouse Worker operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. May view or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database. Additionally, Warehouse Worker typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Warehouse Worker works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Packing and shipping of lamps, cleaning and testing tanning of equipment, on road delivery and servicing of equipment. Must have a valid license and experience driving a box truck. Must have basic knowledge of hand tools. Some overnights required. Will train the right person. A lot of room for growth with the company.
