Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Worker, your primary role will be to support our warehouse operations through a variety of tasks, ensuring the effective storage and dispatch of goods. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely moving and handling cases weighing between 10 to 60 lbs.
- Stocking bins and organizing pick modules within the warehouse.
- Loading goods onto outbound trailers at the shipping docks.
- Accurately picking orders and placing cases onto the conveyor system.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse by using tools like brooms and shovels, collecting garbage, removing debris, and managing spills.
- Organizing materials and ensuring tidy storage areas both inside and outside the warehouse.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- At least 4 months of continuous experience in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in using various warehouse equipment.
- The physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- A clear background and drug screening result.
- A strong team mentality with a willingness and capability to learn new processes.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Work Environment:
Please note that this facility is not climate-controlled. The nature of the work requires physical activity in a warehouse setting, involving tasks that require lifting, bending, and moving goods.
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $10.75 per hour.
- After 90 days, eligible candidates may transition to full-time, receiving a pay increase and comprehensive benefits package.
