Waste Management Manager jobs in Corpus Christi, TX

The Waste Manager is responsible for providing waste management activities and support for facility operations.  Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, inspecting waste storage containers and facilities, characterizing waste, and ensuring compliant handling and documentation of solid, liquid, hazardous, radioactive, and/or mixed wastes.  

• Waste management activities including solid waste determinations, waste sampling and analysis, waste profiling into the proper treatment, storage or disposal facilities
• Preparing shipping documents for hazardous waste and recyclable materials.
• Hazardous and non-hazardous waste manifests, and bill of ladings.
• Manage waste related projects for multiple clients in the oil and gas industry; (pipelines, terminals, & processing plants.)
• Manage spill cleanup waste generated from our emergency response and spill cleanup division
• Provide quotes and cost estimates to our clients for waste related projects
• Support the Project Managers with cost estimates and management for their projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Environmental Science or equivalent degree preferred
• RCRA Training preferred
• DOT Hazardous Materials Training preferred
