Resposibilties:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the waste dock in food manufacturing facility
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the department/ coordinate scheduling based on company demands.

- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of waste management vehicle operation, loader operation, forklift operation, and heavy equipment operation, Recyling, etc. and waste management procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required
- Experience with fabricating and operating roll-off trucks and front loader trucks is a plus
