The Plant manager will work closely with upper management to understand expectations for the factory and will optimize performance of the factory to meet goals set for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Their job includes setting budgets, monitoring actual performance, and developing a team with the skills required to consistently deliver on the factory objectives.
