    YOUR ROLE

    The Senior Manager Integration Management will join Transformation Management Office in order to help lead strategic projects critical to the realization of our North America business objectives. The primary goal of the role is to implement and track key projects essential to the turnaround of North America, enhance overall operational excellence, and unlock value for the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of both business topics and process expertise to ensure seamless integration that aligns with company goals. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of a turnaround business.

    • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering projects on time.
    • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance operational efficiency. Implement best practices and standardized procedures across acquired entities.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for key integration projects, working closely with various departments, including Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and R&D.
    • Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent and consistent communication; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout relevant projects.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and interdependencies, developing contingency plans aligned with cross-functional partners to help mitigate these risks.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
    • High energy strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and a hands-on level as needed.
    • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

    The salary for this role is $112,700.00 - $173,200.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
