Responsible for managing the water and Waste System commissioning and training, mentoring, development, and supervision of engineering staff, providing work assignments and reviewing performance to ensure that the efficient, cost-effective utilization of the wastewater system is achieved. The position will involve on-site project management.
TECHNOLOGIES
Recommendation, selection, and implementation of new technology for Water (DI, Softener, etc.) and Wastewater Treatment. Define and implement the best practices on manufacturing facilities, equipment and processes. Support Project Engineering researching equipment suppliers, materials, benchmarking of New Technologies with Crown plants worldwide.
PROJECTS
Manage and oversee all teams and projects of Water and Wastewater Treatment at North America Beverage Division, participating in Suppliers Buy Offs and ensuring that work is executed on time, on budget, and delivered to client expectations – meeting Crown and Permit operating specifications.
WATER AND WWT MATERIALS QUALIFICATION
Managing and approve trials on Beverage facilities for qualification of New materials for water and wastewater treatment– Analysis of data, evaluation of results and creation of technical qualification reports guaranteeing that water/wastewater quality consistently meets standard operating specifications.
PROCESS DATA
Manage and analyses process data in order to maintain process control of treatment systems. Collect data and analyze process levels of efficiency, performing benchmarking research in Crown plants, identifying the best alternatives in order to meet Crown and Permits operating specifications.
SPARE PARTS - STANDARDIZATION
Support the plants in develop spare part list and have the correct spare parts available for DI, Softener, Carbon Filters and Wastewater System Treatment.
TRAINING PROGRAM
Develop, document and deliver specific training programs to the plants in DI, Softener, Carbon Filters and Wastewater Treatment – operation, process control data and process specifications.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS AUDITS
Responsible for perform audits on main Suppliers manufacturing process and internal process audits on Crown North America Beverage Plants.

Minimum Education Level Required
BS degree in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering / Wastewater Engineering or a related field
