We are a privately held thermoforming entity specializing in food package manufacturing. Our focus is on producing PET and rPET plastic products for the deli, bakery, produce, and food service industries. We have a strong commitment to protecting the environment and use rPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) in many of our product lines.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Manager with us in Oxnard, CA. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, manufacturing operations, and overall plant management. The role requires ensuring efficient production, coordinating with various departments, optimizing plant performance, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Plant Management and Operations Management skills
• Plant Operations and Manufacturing Operations experience
• Production Planning expertise
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in the packaging or food industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
