No knowledge in the water mitigation trade is necessary, we will train you! Learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set-up, demolition of building materials, and cleaning of customers’ homes affected by water, mold or fire damage.

*There is an on-call rotation between 4 crews

Qualifications:

• Positive and fun attitude
• Able to perform physical labor and able to lift 75 lbs
• Clean driving record required
• Experience in the construction or restoration trades is a plus, but not required
• We provide emergency services so the applicant must be able to work some nights and weekends, following an “on call” rotation and when required.
• Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team. Honest and looking to work for an ethical business.

**Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screening**

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary $35,000-$60,000.
• Overtime pay x 1.5.
• Matching 401(K) after 90 days.
• $300 monthly Healthcare Stipend.
• PTO accrual per our company policy.
• 6 Paid Holidays (after 90 days).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
