What You’ll Do:

As the Director, Water Services, you will be at the forefront of our operations. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact and shaping strategies to drive our success. Your duties will include:

• Developing and leading a new Water Treatment business service line in alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Training and managing work teams effectively.
• Creating and executing annual business and financial plans.
• Innovating company services to drive future revenue growth across Canada
• Managing customer and vendor contracts, negotiations, and compliance.
• Collaborating with Senior Management Team for resource alignment
• Leading in safety awareness and occupational health.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an associated discipline
• 8-10 years of experience in water treatment within a related environmental or industrial sector
• Deep knowledge of water treatment industry, regulations, technologies, and competition
• Strong construction industry exposure.
