We are seeking new team members who are driven by a sense of service as a Lead Water Restoration Technician.  This is a great opportunity to grow with us!  We offer benefits, training, bonus/incentive programs and career advancement.  There are opportunities weekly for additional bonus income above and beyond base pay.  Average annual total compensation range for this level employee is between $50,000 and $60,000.

Common duties include:

Meeting with customers, scoping/managing the disaster restoration jobs, communicating with office staff, customers and insurance adjusters. Management of restoration technicians, paperwork, and proper documentation on jobs.

Removing wet/damaged building materials, extracting water from flooded buildings, carpet cleaning, contents cleaning, mold remediation and fire damage cleanup and restoration.

Participating in rotating on call schedule - Some evening and weekend hours are necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company.

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience managing projects and people

- Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills

- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times

- Works well with others in a team environment

- Must pass criminal background check

- Must pass pre-employment drug screening

- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Must speak, read and understand English

- Technician must be able to lift 75 pounds
