Waste Water Treatment Technician ensures that pumps, conveyors, blowers, chlorinators, vacuum equipment and other waste water treatment equipment are functioning properly. Monitors equipment for potential failures and may make minor repairs or adjustments as needed. Being a Waste Water Treatment Technician collects water samples for chemical analysis. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Additionally, Waste Water Treatment Technician typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Waste Water Treatment Technician works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Summary/Objective
The Treatment Coordinator is primarily responsible for overall patient experience with primary focus on New Patient Exams. This starts with the New Patient Exam confirmation call, continues through the initial exam process; to the initiation of active treatment and beyond.
Essential Functions

1. Collect and document information related to new patients
2. Introduce patients to the practice and present treatment plans and fees to the patients/parents during New Patient Exam
3. Schedule follow-up appointments immediately following the New Patient Exam
4. Provide patients with all new patient information and documentation
5. Provide dental professionals with required documentation as needed
6. Finalize New Patient Financial contracts and import all corresponding information into Practice Management Software
7. Submit all documentation needed for Pre-Authorizations by Insurance payors
8. Follow-up and maintain contact with pending and unscheduled patients through phone calls, emails, text messages, and mailers

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is full time and may require late night and weekend shifts. This position requires individual to be available for an on-call schedule.

Required Education and Experience
1.High school diploma or GED.
2.Prior customer service experience.
