Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician's position encompasses preserving the integrity and functionality of buildings and facilities, be it residential complexes like apartment buildings or corporate offices. This position spans numerous disciplines such as electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry. Responsible for the comprehensive understanding of preservation techniques, standard equipment, and the use of basic hand and power tools. These technicians shine as adept problem-solvers with communication abilities and organizational talents.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Conduct thorough examinations of structures, machinery, and various systems to pinpoint existing problems.
• Able to repair broken appliances and restore compromised infrastructures.
• Routinely perform quality assessments on machinery and infrastructure to confirm they meet the required standards.
• Assist with the creation and execution of the budget for the maintenance division.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Preferred

Experience:

Experience in a similar role.
