Wealth Management Specialist develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. May have the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Associate Wealth Management Advisor

Duties
· Provides dedicated operational support, usually to multiple financial advisors, including preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
· Supports and contributes to office initiatives including, but not limited to, team meetings, marketing events, and maintains appropriate materials for meetings and events
· Serves as important part of the relationship team for firm clients working with more senior financial advisors and under supervision of Associate Lead or Lead Advisor
· Focuses on ongoing client engagement, including ongoing and regular client contact, follow through and follow up on team commitments to client, client communications, meetings, assisting with new client on-boarding process
· Ability to execute on instructions from lead advisors and other senior team members
· Ability to organize and manage client information and paperwork, particularly orders and planning documentation
· Ability to meet and engage with clients and potential clients
· Commits to grow into increasing level of knowledge related to wealth management
· Represents the firm’s strategic brand and the team service concept
· Maintains familiarity with industry and economic trends and applies knowledge to client service and relationships
