Position Summary

As a Trust & Wealth Management Coordinator, you will provide effective and efficient support, primarily to the Trust & Wealth Management Officer.  This support will include regulatory and operational responsibilities along with preparation for client-facing meetings. You will also provide daily internal administrative support as needed in alignment with our bank policies and procedures and within regulatory guidelines.

• Ability to work under high stress levels with frequent interruptions and with tight and often changing deadlines
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information

• Exhibit and model a high level of professionalism, tact, sensitivity, and business etiquette to internal and external contacts and clients.

 Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Requires some post-secondary education or training in Business or related field, or an equivalent of work experience in a business setting.

• Prior experience with investment management software and/or trust accounting software is helpful.
• Previous experience in banking, finance or trust/estate administration is preferred.
