Wealth Management Specialist develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. May have the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. JOB PURPOSE |
The Order Management Specialist’s primary responsibilities are to oversee the day-to-day operations of PSA’s Distribution team as it relates to customer service and order integrity. This individual must document and track all internal picking and shipment related errors. The information will be used to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement activities in effort to eliminate future occurrences. This individual would be responsible for driving individual and department goals set by the Distribution Center Manager. The responsibilities includes coaching employees, driving the desired performance and behaviors that would enhance customer satisfaction, incentive programs, and promote operational success.

WORKING CONDITIONS |
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a typical office and warehouse/distribution environment, including heavy PC and phone usage. Most work is performed in an open office environment but frequent requirements to be in the distribution center may persist. There are periods in which the incumbent will search the warehouse for parts needed to fulfill an order. Specific job assignments may require flexible working hours. Overtime may be required based on workload. Additional training may be required based on business needs.

Heavy PC and moderate phone usage. Sitting for long periods of time. Occasionally lifts from floor to waist up to 10 pounds, carries up to 10 pounds and walks or stands.
