Opportunity Description

Join our team at Duggan Wealth Management, a leading wealth management firm dedicated to empowering our clients to Live Their Mission through purposeful financial planning. We are seeking a dedicated full-time Investment Operations Associate to add to our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with our Wealth Management Advisors and team members to deliver exceptional financial planning and investment management services to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Gather information for financial advisor’s meeting with client/prospect.
• Monitor and manage asset transfers, funding, and allocation strategies.
• Prepare and process paperwork for investment accounts.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing questions related to their accounts.
• Maintain an efficient system for account follow-ups and service requirements.
• Update and maintain client records in the Client Relationship Management system.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and procedures.
• Further knowledge by staying informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Financial Service or Insurance industry experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, specifically in investment operations preferred.
• Health and Life licensed or gain licensing within first 30 days of employment.
• Series 6 (or Series 7 for certain products) required and Series 63.
• Series 65 or 66 required or gain within 6 months of employment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented, with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to learn quickly, work in fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and CRM.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
