Wealth Management Specialist develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. POSITION SUMMARY : The Work Order Specialist is responsible for completing resident Service Requests. Each person at Renewing Management is responsible to perform all the duties of those below them.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Complete Service Requests involving drywall, plumbing, electrical, and carpentryRespond to Emergency Service requests and property disasters (fires, floods, freezes, etc)Ensure Safety Protocol is being followed.
Grounds pick upCoordinate Special Projects as directedPerform an inspection of community grounds each morning and clear all snow, trash, and debris.
Perform turns (painting, cleaning, and maintenance) of all vacant units, as assigned.Complete all maintenance work orders within 48 hours of input into Entrata and make readies within 7 days of vacancyComplete preventative maintenance activities and assist in updating records of those activities.
Maintain records of maintenance performed in all units and at the site utilizing company system.Maintain all tools, equipment and replacement parts in working condition.
Provide service and maintenance for all common areas and amenities.Communicate openly with other team members regarding work priorities and the state of projects.
