Wealth Management Specialist develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. May have the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Qualifications:
D&A Case Management Specialist Trainee: A Bachelor’s Degree in chemical dependency, sociology, social welfare, psychology, nursing or a related field, or a Bachelor’s Degree which includes or is supplemented by successful completion of 18 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
D&A Case Management Specialist: One year as a D&A Case Management Specialist Trainee; or one year direct service experience performing counseling or case management work in an alcohol or other drug treatment setting AND a Bachelor’s Degree in chemical dependency, sociology, social welfare, psychology, nursing or a related field, or a Bachelor’s Degree which includes or is supplemented by successful completion of 18 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
Duties:
· Initiates, implements and monitors the Individualized Service Plan for D&A consumers on his/her caseload. Performs assessment and referral services as needed.
· Coordinates and provides access to available drug and alcohol and ancillary services such as housing, child care, medical and financial services.
· Conducts follow-up visits as required.
· Serves as an advocate for consumers.
· Documents all consumer contacts in accordance with pertinent standards, and the maintenance/monitoring of both consumer records and progress.
· Protects the confidentiality of all consumers.
· Conducts interview utilizing appropriate assessment practices to obtain necessary information from consumers, families and/or involved collaterals for the identification of service needs for drug and alcohol related problems.
· Determines level of care based on placement guidelines.
· Determines appropriate funding arrangements and authorizes or recommends services for alcohol and other drug consumers.
· Orients consumers to the program, policy, procedures and treatment process.
· Organizes schedule to meet with consumers, and documents time spent with consumers to comply with various funding streams.
· Must complete DDAP required core trainings within 365 days of hire.
· Transport clients utilizing agency vehicles.
· Performs other related duties as required.

· Work toward a trauma informed, coordinated, and collaborative system of services and support driven by the youth, adults, and families it serves.
· Knowledge of social casework principles and methods.
· Knowledge of addiction as a disease and its treatment.
· Knowledge of current social, economic and health problems and available resources.
· Knowledge of the treatment facilities and human services agencies providing services to alcohol and other drug clients.
· Knowledge of assessment practices.
· Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with clients from various cultures and social economic backgrounds.
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
· Ability to interpret regulations, policies and procedures and apply them accordingly.
· Ability to work with persons who have physical, mental or emotional disabilities or who are economically disadvantaged or involved with the criminal justice system.
· Ability to plan and organize work, prepare records and reports, set priorities, and maintain a caseload in an effective and timely manner with minimal supervision.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the staff, outside agencies and institutions, and the general public.
· Ability to advocate effectively on behalf of the consumer.
· Knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Ability to utilize windows-based applications to complete case documentation.
· Ability to walk on uneven ground, uphill grades and climb stairs.
· Ability to sit and/or drive for long periods.
· Ability to bend and lift up to 40lbs.
· Ability to reach above shoulder level and below waist level.
· Ability to operate a personal computer, cell phone and digital camera.
· Ability to practice organizational and stress management skills and to practice use of good judgement.
