Wealth Management Specialist develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. May have the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Description
The Guest Service Specialist is responsible for providing the highest quality service, resort and local information and efficient processing of products in the following areas, but not limited to, tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, retail sales, Neighbor activities, adventure activities and special events. The Guest Service Specialist will have a ‘home’ location that may include Ski and Snowboard School, Adventure Center, Tickets, Skylodge, and/or Launchpad Outdoor Activities. The Specialist performs their duties in accordance with Powder Mountain guidelines and the Neighbor Community service guidelines.

Job Performance Responsibilities:
· Provide stellar service and hospitality to the Membership and Public at Large by fostering relationships, anticipating member needs and providing personalized service
· Fully understand Ticket, Season Pass, Lesson, Rental and Activity product offerings to provide optimal guidance to members and public-at-large
· Comply with Powder Mountain policies and Neighbor Community service guidelines.
· Resolve guest inquiries and grievances in a timely and effective manner
· Utilize Powder Mountain’s systems responsibly including, but not limited to; company’s POS systems, Paylocity, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
· Communicate professionally and effectively with Neighbors, colleagues, special guests and public at large
· Ability to learn, understand and effectively communicate with the guest about multiple product types and can easily adapt to changing pricing and product offerings
· Implement, promote and embrace Powder Mountain’s Mission, Values and Service Essentials, and policies and procedures
· Provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
· Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
· 5 years of proven Point of Sales experience. Preferably within the ski or recreational industry.
· 5 years of proven leadership experience of managing teams and implementing successful employee performance management protocols.
· Proven experience in a high-volume sales role.
· Must be enthusiastic, creative and able to adjust strategically in an ever-evolving environment.
· Microsoft, Excel, point of sale systems experience required
· Flexibility in availability to meet seasonal demands.
· Highest level of professional integrity and communication skills.
· Provide exceptional guest service
· Adhere to all Powder Mountain Policies and Procedures
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate amount of weight (up to 30lbs )
· Sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, sit and stand for prolonged periods of time and in inclement weather
· Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis
· Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis
· Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements
Work Environment:
Work is primarily performed in an indoor environment; exposure to noise, dust, mechanical and electrical hazards, and cleaning chemicals. Occasionally exposed to outdoor climate in which team member will be exposed to a variety of temperatures/weather.
