Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Associate to join our team. As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track client interactions, update client information, and generate reports
- Support the sales team by providing product information, preparing presentations, and assisting with sales proposals
- Assist in project management activities, including coordinating client meetings, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or account management roles is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of financial services industry is preferred
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
