The Product Solutions Consultant will be part of the Wealth Management Product Solutions team supporting financial professionals in understanding how to implement various investment strategies and products into their practice. To support advisor and client investment challenges, the Product Solutions Consultant must have a deep working knowledge of major product lines such as mutual funds, annuities, alternative investments and others, an ability to connect investor challenges to product solutions, and educate financial professionals on how to implement these solutions into their practice.
The position requires strong consultative skills and an ability to assist financial professionals with sales ideas, prospecting techniques, overcoming sales objections, unbiased product guidance and determining the best approach to closing sales opportunities, including developing strategies for point-of-sale meetings. The role will regularly interact with numerous departments including Advisory Sales, Growth Officers, Financial Planning, Advanced Planning Due Diligence, Compliance, Supervision, and Operations.
