Junior Leasing Specialist at 350-unit apartment community. This is a part time position - 30 hours per week (Monday through Thursday, 8 hours per day). You will assist the Community Manager and Leasing Specialist in leasing vacant apartments and ensuring current residents are provided with excellent customer service. The environment you will be working in will be relaxed but demanding.
The position includes an hourly rate plus regular leasing bonuses.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and enjoys managing a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and has strong customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office and is bi-lingual in Spanish/English. This position requires initiative, strong customer service, excellent communication and the ability to work as a team player. A combination of sales, customer service and marketing skills is required to build relationships with perspective and existing residents. Former Leasing Experience is NOT required.
