Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. Job Purpose:
Serve as a Client Service Coordinator providing exceptionally friendly, helpful, high-quality service to our clients and help the practice in managing and organizing office workflow.
Responsibilities:
· Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor
· Field incoming calls/texts and direct to the appropriate team member
· Assist with basic client service
· Preschedule, schedule, and confirm client appointments, reschedule appointments as needed
· Assist with onboarding of new clients
· Assist with meeting preparation and follow up
· Create applications and process new business
· Generate invoices and track financial planning fees
· Process incoming mail and funds
· Update client suitability
· Upload documents and notes to client relationship manager tool
· Monitor integrity and compliance of client file management
· Provide assistance with copying, scanning, and filing documents
· Manage physical office and replenish supplies as needed
· Assist with client touchpoints
· Marketing – purchase, prepare and assist with gift delivery
· Assist with special projects
