Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. To accomplish this, you will be tasked with computer inputting and processing, recordkeeping, correspondence, scheduling, and maintenance of client account files. This will all be done while providing friendly, prompt service to customers and maintaining confidentiality of customer account information.
For maximum efficiency, you must be able to be able to recognize and respond sensitively to the overall financial needs and priorities of the customer, effectively manage your time, problem solve, and be proficient with computers. Knowledge of trust and investment services or administrative assistant experience is preferred.
