The Role:

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning operations. You'll work closely with financial planners and clients to ensure seamless service delivery. Your expertise in operational processes, client communication, and data management will contribute to the efficient running of our firm and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Support daily operations.

· Coordinate with financial advisors to prepare client paperwork and reports.

· Manage and update client data in our various systems.

· Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service.

· Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvements.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in preferred.

· 1-3 years of experience in financial services or operations.

· Strong understanding of financial products and services.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
