Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. Typically has the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. typically requires 7+ years of related experience.   • About the Role:The Sr. Environmental Health Specialist will support public health and well-being by conducting field work and environmental assessments for asbestos, lead, and mold and moisture service lines and assisting in project management. The Sr. Environmental Health Specialist will assist Project Managers in successful completion of industrial hygiene projects including conversing with potential and existing clients, proposal generation, project budget management, and generating final reports and remediation specifications to achieve financial and client objectives. Fieldwork responsibilities include conducting on-site surveys, inspections, overseeing abatement activities, and monitoring safety procedures and regulations related to industrial hygiene and environmental projects. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, can work independently, and shares our enthusiasm for making a significant, positive impact on the environment.   Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections, surveys, and oversight activities for asbestos, lead, and mold and moisture projects Comprehend and apply regulatory requirements and safety guidelines for each project Collect field samples and send samples to laboratory to be processed Transcribe field data, update maps and drawings, prepare basic scientific calculations, and review technical reports for projects performed Be a liaison between the client and project teams and infuse a customer-centric approach to all interactions Assist in all aspects of project management including fielding calls from potential and existing clients, preparing proposals, developing project budgets, reviewing and monitoring project scope and specifications, preparing and reviewing reports, and assisting with invoicing. Requirements: Must possess CA DOSH CSST or CAC certification. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field is a plus. 3 years of technical experience and industry knowledge as a field technician. Must be able to drive locally to client sites (within a 100 mile radius of Fresno) Must be able to work Monday through Fridays 7am-4pm, with flexibility to work a few weekends and evening shifts. Strong written and verbal communication for data entry and reporting Physical ability to stoop, kneel, climb, crawl, and access a variety of different areas and be able to lift equipment and instruments up to 50 lbs. Ability to foster and maintain effective and positive relationships with clients and team. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance. Ability to pass annual physical medical examinations and respirator fit test exams required by OSHA. Must pass background check with a clean record.
